I know Gareth Bales agent has already turned down numerous clubs and has 100% not ruled out Cardiff City and City are Bales first choice.
So over to the Cardiff Regime / Committee as towards the end of next week meetings will be held and give in to all Bales demands / requirements, as none of them are about wages

I know people have said the demands are not excessive but surely there are things that wouldn't be allowed. They always say no man is bigger than the team.

No man is bigger than the team but now and then you have to bend the rules.

None that he would reasonably ask for.
If he said he wanted a say in transfers in and out and to be involved in tactics and management I’d be concerned. But I’ve got no concerns him or his agent would ask anything like that.

Not going to name names at this point (get back to me when it’s done lol) but first got told pretty concrete news a few weeks ago and then out of the blue had the same news repeated to me from a different person adjacent to the club during the wales game on Sunday

Ramsey less certain. Don’t know anything concrete other than we’re an option but one would assume that he picks a decent PL club over us. Comes here over relegation battle though IMO

Yes he'll pick good premier club over us undoubtedly but as of yet no apparent interest in him from said clubs even though it's been known for awhile he will be available this season or as there been interest?

Then will come the spin from Dalman as to why this and why that.
Indeed it IS MOST DEFINATELY over to the club to conclude the biggest AND most unpredictable deal that Welsh football and possibly British football has ever known.
Mess this one up, and itll be a step too far even for the most staunch of Tan supporters. Strike the deal, and Ill applaud those who made it happen, whether this will be Tan or the potential new ownership.

That's s fair bit of finger pointing based upon the failure of a signing that is still just heavy rumour.
If the club came out and said we were in talks and it then failed I would agree but not based on what we know at the moment.
