Do you have any numbers for people to get hold of for doing door work in Cardiff? My brother is at breaking point with his current job at the moment, and is looking to do door work instead (He's a big build, intimidating, and obviously has an SIA license). PM me if you don't want to post them publically (for obvious reasons).
