Yes it's rehashed pub and messageboard talk, yes of course it could happen and fans love chatting about it understandably, but unlikely. Some have taken it to Bale is buying the club, it will be he's bringing in some Real Madrid players and Brennan Johnson and Dan James next, with a loan deal for Neco!

Personally wouldn't trust either of those sources.

But be brilliant if it happened.

Talk of an approach for Bale seems genuine but not so much Rambo (although we can but hope)

Chris I’m starting to believe the Bale rumour, however like you said not Ramsey so much. I reckon Ramsey would want to try for one last big contract, maybe finish his career with Cardiff in a couple of years?

On a more serious note I wouldn’t be surprised if we ended up with James Lawrence. Out of contract and fits the bill of players who’d been ‘playing abroad’.

That's the thinking Welsh FA should fund it and then bring the world Cup home .

Just had a mad idea.

1. Any player in the Welsh squad that is looking for a club - come and sign for us on a free - at least until the Jan window.
2. Any player that they replace can go out on loan until January
3. It will be like Wales have a game every week for some of the players
4. Bale andf Ramsey can pick the games they want to play

Down side - none

Lets use the Wales home kit for away games and get some decent sponsorship.

Happy days - come January we can revert back to 'normal'
