Mismanagement is rife had many years to sort out nhs but what have they achieved besides
longer waiting times (pre covid) besides 10yrs doing outpatients I spent 25yrs in nhs before retirement so seen a lot of good but equally lots of ineffective management... did you know health boards have a department specifically to deal with the directives that WG churn out regularly.
