Ex-Cardiff favourite Lee Peltier has bid farewell to Middlesbrough after he was not named on the club's retained list for next season.
Peltier went to Teesside to link up with former Bluebirds boss Neil Warnock up at the Riverside and played a big role for Boro last term, turning out 26 times in a number of positions. He even scored one of the penalties in that famous FA Cup win over Manchester United back in February.
And now the defender, 35, is a free agent and looking for another club ahead of the new season.
"Just want to say a big thank you to Boro and all the fans, had a fantastic year at the club and appreciate all the support from the fans and staff," he wrote on Twitter.
"Wish you all the best and hope you get to where you belong! Again thanks for everything, Pelts."
