If the rumours and betting odds are to be believed I wonder if some Swansea fans will be quietly hoping Wales lose on Sunday? Not sure how I would feel if it was the other way around, on one hand I get to watch my country at a World Cup for a few weeks on the other our bitter rivals would have made the signing of the century at this level

This whole Wales win thing is miss understood.
All that was actually said was he will finally make his decision after the Wales match, but yes he has an idea what he wants to do.

If Wales do win it would all make a lot more sense though.

We (well, those who watch it) have just seen Ukraine win Eurovision on a sympathy vote, so why not?

Personally, I don't take that seriously but it's a ready made excuse for both sets of Celts, if both lose out

I still think, for the sake of a few months, he is likely to go to the highest level possible to benefit Wales. As long as he get games.

His family can move back home while he spends a few months in the US or up north.

If he doesn't sign they can add it to them winning the Welsh world cup and claim one of the greatest victories
