Ticket ofice not open for walk ins?

Fri May 27, 2022 4:31 pm

Why isn't the ticket office counter open so people can pay cash for there season tickets ,a few of my friends went down this week and it was closed they were told only online or over the phone with card payment! Surely if the staff are in there taking phone calls they could go to the counter?

Not being funny but why didn't they fone 1st? Would anyone go to a place not knowing if it as open? But having said that it could be open with 1 member staff on desk duty really poor by club though...

Yes it is really annoying when you bother to look up on google/website of any venue to check and the website show days and hours open, then when you get there it is closed.

Laziness and bad management by those owners not changing/updating their websites accordingly. :old:

Was down there yesterday and the club shop is only open Friday and Saturday 10-4.
Could combine the two proberly only need one or two members of staff cost peanuts in terms of football revenue

Seems to me that it's part of the cost cutting. Say if there's 5 staff working in the ticket office, They could just keep it closed and have 2 staff working the phones. The club shop is obviously a part of the cost cutting too
