'He needs a hug' FFS!!!
He needs to f*cking grow a pair.
He needs to go for a wander round a foundry or a chicken factory or
a laundry and see what Mr Average has to do for a living is what he needs!!!
Even during his depths of despair when he wasnt getting a game for Wigan
he was still getting about £30,000 cuddles a week

yea im not saying any1 wouldent be happy on that wage,
but that has nothing to do with his performance, performance is driven by confidence not money ask any sports man that,
a little example, the welsh snooker plyaer mark williams one of the greatest snooker players ever in his day.got a few million and got married had a couple of kids and the last 5 years slipped from top 5 to nearly out of top 40 players.
last year he practised 4 hour's a day and enterd every tournament he could ususally one- 2day tournaments each week.
so snooker season starts again 2 days ago the world open, and is back in the form of his life. his sponsorship income hasent changed and no prize money for over 5 years.
it wasent the money that made him good it was match practice.
same in any sport.
koumas need exactly the same - full training and match practice, even if it takes him most of his loan period to get half of the player back he used to be it woulda been worth while

Nothing wrong with a good Nando's, loads of sportsmen eat there as its quite good for you depending on what your eating, I might just be biased as I love a good bit of rice and chicken!

I'd pick my head up doing his job for his wages. Too arrogant, that's the problem with footballers these days. Confidence, my arese!! If he gives a sub-standard performance, I won't be saying "Go off Jason, get your confidence back". About time they tried a bit harder when the people paying their wages are giving up a good chunk of their own wages to do so
