No Isaak Davies, after playing 20 odd games with Championship Club Cardiff City , has not been called up for the Wales Under 21’s
Cardiff City’s James Connolly is one of six uncapped U21 players to be named in the squad by Bodin, who also welcomes back Dan Barden. The Norwich City goalkeeper returns to the squad following successful treatment for testicular cancer, having last played for the U21s in a 4-0 win against Bulgaria in September 2021.

Wasn't he injured at the end of the season ? I think he was going to be out for 5-6 weeks but I might have that timescale wrong.
