yeah i kind of proves that the cps case is not as strong as i thought it was going to be,ive never heard of anyone allowed to go to games whilst of bail for football 4 of us can,cps were aweful they still havnt disclosed evidance kept on banging on about wide spread trouble before the game but none of us were involoved in it

the cps admited that we all were not hooligans and have clean records and that our offences were at the lower end of all that were arrested,so why bother with it all its ajoke and a waste of tax payers money :!: also addmited that the police let cardiff fans mix with chelsea fans who didnt go to the game and that they started the trouble first
im just glad i will at least be able to watch city up untill christmas :ayatollah:

I was one of the four that got the bail restrictions lifted today and I believe if the prosecutor hadn't made a complete mistake when reading out the 'case' against me I would have got unconditional bail. I do not believe I have witnessed a lower level of competency in my life than this prosecutor. He hadn't seen the evidence and then proceeded to try and make a case off someone else's notes. He claimed in open court there was evidence of planned collusion because one of the defendants was seen talking. Whilst the brief mentioned above, who I borrowed for the day, was very good. I believe I would have ripped the prosecutor apart with his inability to construct an argument, the one thing I would love to see on my next appearance is him.

The good news though is that I can watch home games again. I wont be down Saturday because of work but I will be at the Palace game, so all who know me, I look forward to a pint.

Lastly all the sentiments above are so true, the pure waste of time and tax payers money is beyond belief. I keep hearing the phrase police intelligence, well I am sorry if their intelligence leads to me standing in court and watching a bumbling fool make up stories God help us. The Police, The Prosecution, The whole process is a joke...... I'd laugh out loud if it wasn't for the fact they are trying to ruin my life as I have a very real risk of losing my livelihood if found guilty, guilty of what...... morbid curiosity

This is good news so far lads, they have gone well OTT. Take fecking ages to get everybody thru system and somebody well up should stop this witch hunt.

Im convinced saturday is an excuse to bang a few more up, before England - Wales games.

Good luck to all,
