No wonder our club had ago at the CCST / Keith Morgan

Apparently they have not been filing their accounts since 2016 and No wonder they are not recognised anymore, they have a cheek and they do not represent our fans.

Without sounding cynical, perhaps the membership was so low (I’ve heard it’s around 100) there was no need to file anything ?

Yep, really pretty sad because a club of our size deserves a well run, properly governed trust and they would add to the club.

The worst thing is that they wouldn’t admit it and seemed to try and turn it back on the club rather than admitting their failings. Naughty!!

You still have to file a balance sheet if your are a Ltd company.

It's not cynical; the fact is that they tried and they failed. The basic idea of a 'Trust' is sound but the fundamental issues were they (a) could only ever represented their members, and (b) work with the club not against it

Sadly, the membership never materialised and the club are not ones to even pretend to be dictated to

Maybe one day, with the right people, a bigger mandate, better comms, some contrition and even a grudging respect for those who put the money into the club, a 'Trust' could work
