What’s the latest with this? What are we waiting for now?

The result

The fact that this judgment is taking so long to be published shows how complicated this case is and emphasises how important it was that the club took this to the CAS for resolution.

We may win or lose this case but it certainly wasn't as straightforward as many said at the outset. Just paying FC Nantes the £15m in the first place would have been foolhardy in my eyes.

Hopefully we'll get a decision soon as the uncertainty doesn't help anyone.
