MY VIEW:TODAY CARDIFF FINISHED OF THE SEASON

Sat May 07, 2022 1:25 pm

MY VIEW / OPINION:

TODAY CARDIFF FINISHED OF THE SEASON FINALLY WITH A WIN AGAINST ALREADY RELEGATED DERBY COUNTY.

FOR MOST FANS THIS SEASON COULD NOT FINISH QUICK ENOUGH.

Card’s first win in their last 6 games.
:bluebird:
Now for the biggest clear out in years for Cardiff City.

The fans deserve a break.

THE BRIGHT SIDE OF TODAY WAS SEING A FEW YOUNGSTERS & KING PLAYING MORE :bluescarf:

NEARLY 1,700 CARDIFF FANS HAD TRAVELLED & DESERVED THIS WIN.

DERBY COUNTY 0 CARDIFF CITY 1
H-T 0-0

Attendance: 29,402

Including 1,660 Cardiff fans

First -half: Cardiff defending was quite good both sides, were not doing much up front.
DESERVED TO BE 0-0 AT H-T.

Second-Half; Derby started more brightly, BUT

Cardiff City (Hugill 55) :bluebird:

GOAL! Hugill scores but it's all about Eli King. Cardiff break down the right and Drameh finds King, who calmly rounds both the defender and the keeper before putting

62mins:
Eli King off, Isaak Davies on

78min:
Davies off, Watters on.

Cardiff became the better side and deserved the away win.

CARDIFF CITY FINISHED 18th.

After the monstrosity of a start of the season we set out to avoid relegation and achieved that

Looking forward to seeing what morrison can do from tomorrow to get a clean team ready for next season.

"We want you to stay, we want you to stay, Cody Drameh, we want you to stay" sing the Cardiff fans. Drameh acknowledges us with an applause

Ah well, finished on a kinda high, and last time we had this many players out of contract we went up the following season so glass half full and all that.

Rambo & Bale to come home and I reckon we'll have a chance ;)
