TICKET OFFICE YESTERDAY

How bad are they, got two millwall tickets there yesterday, the young girl who served me had absolutley no interest in me spending £50, like she thought she was doing me a favour by selling them to me !!!!!

I know they asked me for my fan number ? Post code, telephone number, address, i thought they were going to ask me my N.I number at one point, i was getting a ticket for football not appliying for work with MI5 ffs !

Send an e-mail to Julian Jenkins.....he should be made aware of all incidents of bad service

I think a lot of the staff there must be on work experience from school, looking at the ages of some of the people !

For the money they're on (and it's not an excuse to be awkward but is a sign of the times, I'm afraid) they probably don't really give a toss....but I can understand the need to ask 'certain' questions (name, address/postcode, tel. no, and importantly Fan Number) for security reasons....

And how else would they be able to ban us via Royal Mail for standing up, eh??
