A forum for all things Cardiff City

They both have been intrumental in the 2 teams promoted and to think they where both here and we failed to hold onto them and build around them we seem to get it wrong every time as a club spending on the wrong players or at the wrong time
We would not push the boat out for wilson lots on the forum said he was not worth what fulham paid for him REALLY and a lot where happy to see moore gone.

Maybe the bloke in charge last season didn't have a clue how to utilize them and we blow our chance

We didn’t need the both of them though, did we???? After all, with all the many many quality under 18’s, 21’s and whatever else level of players that were coming through and chomping on the bit for first team football there wouldn’t have been enough room….

Granted mc 'carthy was a dinasour and wilson and moore could not wait to get away but this is what i meant by the club people at the top placing mc carthy as our manager i could not believe when we eventually gave harris the boot way to late and we bring in
mc carthy
dalhman has not a clue or tan about football thats why we are where we are we should ha e started buildung around these 2 not getting shot but the pandemic also f.ck.d up everyone apart from fulham and bmouth thats why they have been promoted best sqauds best players and obviously run as a club better than us

Understand where your coming from
we seem to be shying away from the academy we seem to be letting them go elsewhere and then bringing in other clubs academy players but its all been dicated by tan how things should be.

Not forgetting Bobby Reid, just think how many goals that front three would get in the Championship!

Agree Both should have been here and the bloke in charge / club / committee should have made better choices .

Monty,
Of course he was worth it , I said it at the time.
Those that were against both players and not interested in Investing, for some reason back Tan/ his puppets NO mater what.
I can’t see how if you love Cardiff you could even like Tan or Dalman.
If you speculate properly you get rewarded.

Well done to both and good luck.
You joined a more ambitious club and found success.

Best thing Moore did for himself leaving us. Perhaps when we were chasing it and Moore was with us then it would have never happened. Same with Wilson.
But we are not chasing it but only surviving. Big names like them joining us again is a long way off.

Moore looked so fed up and frustrated here. Wasnt looked after. No quality assits (after wilson). Made to look like a wild horse running around, soyl destroying, was unprofessional too,-head dropped after wolves - and didnt he let us know it!

Moore's done well, but he's only paid about three games hasn't he?
That was good business, I think he'll suffer a fair few injuries and won't play enough.
Harry Wilson is a top player at this level

4 goals in three games, scored the winners and the goals that matter.
Premier League?????

Good player when he plays, but he has been injured so for Bournemouth it's four goals since January, lets see how he goes next season, if they keep him fit he's an asset, but can he stay fit and injury free?
And I'm probably a bit bitter cos he left us
