It is but the Durham Police have a policy of NOT investigating retrospectively alleged breaches of covid restrictions so just like the Cummings eye sight testing drive to Barnard Castle nothing will come of this because of their, Durham Police, policy.

Unfortunately for BJ the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, who has control of police in London told them they had to investigate.

It's obvious to anyone with an operating braincell this is ALL politically motivated bullshit but having said that both Boris Johnson and Kier Starmer broke covid restriction rules, as did Drakeford with the Diwali dance and Sturgeon with multiple face mask infringements. The lot of them need to receive FPN it's as simple as that.

But Starmer has taken the moral high ground insisting that Boris Johnson should resign. So what of Starmer?

Totally agree ,but Durham police looks like thet are going to investigate as new evidence has come in that starmer invited other to join him too

Its so lucky the country has so few real crimes to investigate that they can allocate resource to these uber important cases, just imagine how hard it would be justifying the amount of police time if we did have a spate of teen stabbings or murders

I really don't like Starmer and if he broke the rules, let them investigate and throw the book at him.

But Johnson is one of the worst PM's we ever had - an awful human being - talentless, a liar and corrupt and not fit to hold any position of authority, let alone PM.

I'm no fan of Boris he's not really that Conservative. He's more liberal and weak on immigration despite the Rwanda con trick. He is talented though, he's charasmatic, good on telly and has a nack of connecting with voters come election time. Which is why Labour are Desperate to force him out
