How do you think he would treat him?
Do you think he'd get a tune out of him like Harris did or farm him out pretty quickly as Warnock (who bought him) did ?
I still can't work out what SM is all about, my guess he'd be closer to Warnock
The reason I thought it was today Colwell is that "x" factor but there are obvious gaps in his developing game, do you get the team to hide them and basically build the team around him or is the seasons game plan ultimately the decider.

Bearing in mind that Colwill doesn't appear to have the sort of issues that have blighted Tomlin's career, I would hope that SR should be able to smooth off the rough edges to his game as he develops and have no need to get the rest of team to hide his deficiencies.

Morison would have fucked him off even sooner imo.

The broader question is how committed the player is to the club and I think we have that answer.

Yep !! No way Tomlin would have been anywhere near fit enough to get into any Championship team never mind this more energetic/mobile team Morison is trying to develop.
