Loan Players

I beleive we should take full advantage of the loan system this summer.
There is no limit on the amount of loans we bring in just the 5 in the matchday squad.
4 from any one club only 2 of which can be over 23.
In this post Pandemic era, a lot of clubs will be struggling financially

But the problem with some loans or even most of them is that clubs will not release them til they have sorted their own squads out...so can we wait til late in the day ..it will p be a mixture of out of contract players and loans whether any fees will be involved i don t know....thoughts

That's another thing that Swansea look at in detail with appointing Managers, they look at the contacts they have like Brendon with Chelsea youth team players and Steve Cooper at England.

Hopefuly Morison has impressed with getting playing and getting the best from our existing loan players.

I think the problem is that most of the top teams who are willing to lend players want them to be playing rather than on the bench week in week out.

Not much point really in loaning players who won't go straight into the first team or at least be regularly in the first team over the season and there is of course a limit on the amount you can have in the matchday squad.

I think we will. The difference Doyle, Drameh, Doughty and Hugill have made is huge.

If we manage to bring back either Drameh or Doyle for next season, it would be the signing of the summer. Bringing both of them back would be brilliant - albeit probably unlikely.

Not sure how reliable this is but according to them Doyle could be on for next season already !!
