Coventry themed Welsh flag

Can anyone shed light on its origins. My father and grandfather were big cov fans b4 we moved down to South Wales in 65. Just interested if anyone has any info

at city or wales games ?

spent alot of time in coventry the last few years and bumped into a few city fans living there . One has a big welsh dragon draped outside his house near courthouse green which is not too far from the ricoh arena the last time i was there
