given 2 different stories by stewards on gates...
had to park in asda.. missed kick off.. if we get a parking fine it will go to the club
also someone else had got to our space in car park.. so questions will be asked tomorrow at the club

I use car park but usually get there at 12.30 use KFC entrance (got permit) for car park C... at 2pm it was totally rammed because for whatever reason covid centre was still standing so very limited space plus you can pay at gate ... the car park was totally overwhelmed with people parking in areas not reserved for them so many cars trying to get in...... it's no wonder closed earlier
than scheduled! not sure how people used your space as its supposed to be reserved for permit holder and from what I saw there was spaces in disabled area in car park C what one do u use? .... but (not you) why oh why did people
leave it so late to try get car park space when they knew it was bumper crowd... but funny thing us they opened the exits far earlier than normal match days..

as i premiership with full crowds car park always closes 2.30, so hence why we got there 2.20
they obviously sold too many tickets on day..
just wouldn’t let us in as said car park was full.. a disgrace, park by side of Main Entrance to the Grandstand .

Yes by sound of it they didn't take care of permit holders because they sold to many day tickets.... still dont get why they let unauthorised people park in disabled bays? Presume you have an allocated number for you place they do just
in front of ticket office in car park Cs disabled bays... I can only surmise in premier league there was no walk up on day otherwise would have same situation as yesterdays.....

I have a permit to park in Blocks A+B,I got there at 2pm and was told by the lady on the entrance to park in Block C,there weren't many spaces when I managed to find one.I know the Covid bays are taking up parking spaces in A+B but surely they know how many spaces are sold on each blockso they shouldn't sell more empty spaces than are unsoldon match day.Twice now I have been told to park in block C,and I am disabled,I didn't know you had to pay for a disabled parking space,I thought that so long as I displayed my Blue Badge I would be ok. A few weeks ago I parked up in a disabled bay and this steward came along and told me I would have to park elsewhere or pay for a disabled parking space. Didn't ask how much extra that would cost.

Disabled parking in park C apparently fully booked when enquired early in season so not sure how you could be charged anyway.... Also they are numbered probably why they wouldn't let you stay there....what I was surprised about was they left covid there knowing this game was being played... not even sure who controls car parking sales around ground.

Lots of complaints about a mix of over zealous and feckless car parking stewards (on and off site) for the Swans game, with loads of people unable to get to their pre-paid for parking bays
Simply not good enough and the club need to provide answers to those who missed out and (some of whom) missed the kick off

Chris whilst not defending club because it looked a shambles Saturday especially after 2pm... I'm not sure how club could have prevented the scenes that occurred? I use car park C and that is very well used on a normal game day, on Saturday the problem was late arrival of car park permit users and no allocated spaces for them other than disabled people coupled with far more pay on day parkers than normal so people trying to find any space they could..... but main problem was using 2 entrances for car parks KFC and Asda , result was cars converging from two directions into parking areas without any exit as barriers stopping cars accessing players car park... tbh it was a recipe for disaster particularly as covid tents was still there the only way to have prevented what happened was to have not allowed pay on day parking or close car parking much earlier..... think people need to look at set up of car parks to see why problems occurred.
