My view on yesterday

It ain't Morrisons fault thats clear to me.It only takes 2 or three players not "on it" to suffer a defeat like that.To me the players let themselves down, the manager and the club. For me its some of the players who just don't get us.Lets put it another way,if yesterday was an FA cup semi final I would probably pick exactly the same side(probably so would the gaffa) and I gaurantee you we wouldn't lose 4-0 because alot of the players would have pulled their finger out and thats where they don't get us.They made a huge mistake thinking that the season over where as the Swans players knew how important this match was for the fans so its hats off from me to them for respecting their fans. Its worth noting at this point that the Swans had no more to play for than us either exept for their pride.I been watching the City since 1973 which takes in alot of the local derbys but I must say the word dissapointment doesn't cover it.A feeling of detatchment is more like it even in the dark days I still never felt that before.

Well Morison has come out with the words "overawed" and "we did not handle the occasion well".

Enough said there for me to see all 11 should be dropped for the next game.

Until the owner(any owner) takes an interest, this is how it’s going to be. At this moment, we’re poncing around like a one-legged duck.

Martin, good post as always and you brush on one of my biggest issues...

Seemingly, the club, the owner and even the players are detatching themselves from the supporters and simply don't seem to care

Maybe, it's because a lot of them are spread around Cardiff and the Vale (some even further) or maybe that they don't feel they owe us anything?

What I do know is that there is a 'bonding' between the Swans players, management and match attendees is strong and it showed before during and after the game yesterday

We need to get similar going at this club and instead of going to Dubai and/or drinking during the international break, perhaps they might go out into the community, schools and youth clubs in an effort to feel part of their club's community

I've been thinking this for many a season now but when I go down this road I get accused of being anti anti anti etc etc etc. What do some people need to happen to themselves to see the light, a rocket up their backsides?

If I was in charge with a Billion I would have a luxury annex built to the stadium with a pool on the roof. I would most likely choose the away car park to have it built, let the away fans park a mile away and make them walk I say. Remember the early days when TG was about and some games they had the amusement rides in the car parks. Where has that all gone?

Apparently, they moved the Merry-Go-Round into the Boardroom for 'Executive Use Only' ;)

"Overawed" or under prepared????????????

Drameh is asked about the international break

I’ve been going home, soaking up a bit of a holiday, getting recharged and ready to go again.

Some went to Dubai, some stayed here. It was a good break. I went back to London to see my family. Just taking my mind off football.

It’s my first time doing this type of thing in the Championship. Games come thick and fast and I’m ready to go again!

Cody Drameh

Ridiculous, while Swansea were preparing for their World Cup final, it explains a lot about the performance of both teams, Morrison you've messed up!

I think it is morrisons fault brian clough at forrest years ago would have the players up for a derby
fergy at United
david moyes at everton v liverpool
Thats a managers job to instill what a derby means to the fans in the stadium if all the players especially loanies are not from the area or are not signed on players in my book its all down to the manager to get the players fired up i could imagine craig bellamy would not be saying go out and enjoy the day.
