There are 24 jobs in the championship the 5th best paid league in Europe (i heard), if you get it right you end up in the toughest league in the world.

You have to have experience and a bit of a track record. We gave it to the YTS lad who had a bit of a run in the exhibition games of the lower end of the U23 leagues. We had one player who undoubtedly will be in the prem within two seasons, so we probably had the best players.

He may be Pep and learning his trade but he may also be learning his trade and end up in the same league as Russell Slade.

All i know is the Jacks knew what they were getting with their manager as he has 18 months at MK dons, not my cup of tea but theirs.

The manager and players let us down big time. They should be ashamed of themselves and I can imagine they are. They are going to have to work damn hard to win the fan base over because at the moment they do not deserve us.

Fair play there’s been a fair bit of over reacting over this result.

I was bouncing yesterday, but our season is near enough over since SM did what an experienced manager in this division and one familiar with tight purse strings couldn’t.

Who would we get to replace him, the task of rebuilding is massive, the budget is likely to be difficult. If we play like this every week I could understand it, but it’s not as though we didn’t create chances like was the case when we lost to them last time.
