hello.
seen comminges down der he working with that bald guy always on pitch working with player on match days, he was doing muscle intense fitness training. which means he stepped up to first team training now with weights etc. they working on his knee.
its all mental with him as whilst i was training the fitness man was shouting at him telling him he can do it. he looks in really good shape to be fair to him. i think if we can get him fit he will be asset thats my opinion cuz he put bit meat on and i dun no about his fitness but ovsily it gonna take time.
but it big step for him cuz normally he was training on his own. so think it one big last push for him due to contract he is on now.
on training field seen oli doing fitness and chopra doing spring training, so i think they using this as get em super charged for return, chops look sharped,
der was to other running around the field looked like bellamy and maybe riggot lil and large but don;t count me on that, but the injury fitness man was working with them all.
i not two down beat about it cuz i think i would risk loosing em for longer so get em sharp as u can now then let them lose. ok it cost us a few results but ad rather em miss a game or 2 than be out for 15.
