Chelsea are now allowed away fans at their matches and away fans can now attend Stamford Bridge as long as Chelsea don’t get the money.

Seriously, the supporters of Chelsea should not have been barred from watching their team (certainly not when other clubs with 'Russian' ties supporters were not) and this is the correct decision
