Corky,

I disagree it’s a nothing game to many.

You could not say that to Newcastle / Sunderland , Southend/ Colchester, Wrexham / Chester , Bristol clubs, West Ham / Chelsea.

This is the match many really look forward to. 3pm on a Saturday, not on Sky, so No one can complain and none of the usual excuses.

We haven’t had a big home crowd all season at home, so it would be good to see South Wales turn out in big numbers.

Reading away has always been a big following as virtually up the road to many, we use to take 4,0000 there. I know we haven’t got that many tickets this time from Reading.

By Nothing, I mean in the sense of no one near relegation no one near play offs. We started the season with hope, 14,500 season ticket holders Keifer Moore upfront and every reason to believe we could compete. First half of the season that hope turned to fear of relegation, a no show at Swansea and an embarrassing display , 8 or was it 10 defeats in a row and fans losing faith in the team and manager.
We have lost 10 matches at home this season, some awful games that have driven people away or convinced them to stay at home watching on the red button , another habit picked up due to forced staying at home during Covid,.

We have only won 7 games at home all season and 5 of those have come recently, so its not been great. Thankfully Morrison has come in and breathed new life into the club and for that reason we are now looking at a possible 25000 crowd and realistically based on the facts of this season is really not to bad really.
