Leeds United are targeting two new full-backs this summer.
That will be music to the ears of Cardiff, who would be more than happy to retain the services of loan star Cody Drameh for another season. The young defender has been a sensation in south Wales, putting in freakish performances and adding an attacking dimension to the Bluebirds on the flanks, which you can read more about here.
Much is being said that Drameh would be open to staying in the Welsh capital next term, with the youngster enjoying his time on loan at Cardiff City Stadium. The Athletic report that new Leeds boss Jesse Marsch will look to add full-backs when the transfer window opens, with first-choice right-back Luke Ayling struggling for consistent form at times this season.
The Elland Road club are also looking for competition for Junior Firpo on the left, who will have to wait until their top-flight status is assured before deciding upon budgets and targets. Should they stay up, the possibility of Drameh going out on loan once again will increase, according to our colleagues at LeedsLive. You can read more about that here.
