Football Manager the er...1981 version !

Just been playing this on my spectrum emulator still very addictive even now 29 years later !! I remember as a kid playing this for days trying to take city to the top of the 1st divison !!! c'mon now you oldies anyone else remember playing this

I remember playing that Cefn on the 48k version which had rubber keys

was it me or did that machine some indestructible !! i remember coffee going over mine, darts bouncing out of the rubber keys and it kept on going !!!!

Those were the days. This and Kenny Dalgleish Soccer Manager are my earliest memories.

My mum used to go mental as I sat up to 3am on schoolnights

used to play it on my (posh) 128k spectrum ZX!!! Until i snapped it over my knee coz Daly Thompson Supertest crashed half way through a winning decathalon!! Especially after it took like an hour to load in a very noisey way. WEEEEESCRRRRRRR EEEEEEEEEEE CRRRRRRRRRR BEEEEEEEEE!

I wasted weeks of my life of the spectrum with the football management game 'The Double' that was pure class!
