Cardiff City boss Steve Morison told BBC Sport Wales:
"We didn't deserve to be 1-0 down but in the end we got our rewards.
"Anyone who wants to question the players' attitude, application - that kind of performance puts that to completely to bed.
"When we started this whole process (Morison's first game in charge at Stoke), we were in bottom three and they were in the play-offs. We now level with each other on points.
"I really am as pleased and proud as punch. It has been a really tough seven weeks, but it ended so well and I'm really pleased.
