Cardiff City boss Steve Morison:
"We showed great character to come back from 3-0 down [in my first game] to get the draw. We’ve come a long way since then and I like to think we now have a more consistent level of performance. We are miles away from where we were then. We are 17th on 43 points, we have a different team, different squad, we haven’t got Kieffer Moore and it is a different place.
"I’ve got a permanent job now, or as permanent as it can be as a football manager. Stoke was my first game as a manger and we had 23 since then. I’ve gone from standing there at 3-0 down wanting the ground to swallow me up to take me out of it, to by the end of it feeling amazing. That was the feeling I wanted and the reality is that you only really enjoy it when you win.
"I still get as nervous before every game and you can’t afford to get too high after a win or too low after a defeat because a few days later you have to go again. It is all very real now. We are working towards next year. It is ever changing every day and you have to be as consistent as possible."
