Swansea Ticket Sales

Mon Mar 14, 2022 9:36 pm

Does anyone know how many tickets we’ve sold so far? I hope we can get around 30k with it being Saturday 3pm, no excuses /o\

We won’t get anywhere near 30k. I’ll be surprised if there’s 25k there. Both teams hardly have a shot in goal and it has 0-0 written all over it. It helps that it’s not on sky and at 3pm. For the plastics they won’t turn up in their droves to a game that has no significance in the league and two clubs that are so negative in the final third.

Doesn't look like a lot left online

I’d take a boring 0-0.

Why is this so important when you've not put a word (under this name) in for nearly 3 years? :?

This :D, the thought of them being the first to ever do the double is grim thinking.

We need to get behind the team more than ever.

Nonsense. Having a quick scan of the ticketing website there’s at most 2k left on sale, probably less. I’d be surprised if those didn’t sell in the next 2 weeks. With the segregation and blocks closed in the upper Ninian I’m guessing full capacity is around 29k.

Full capacity not including the Upper Ninian is 28k. Full capacity is 33k. By the sounds of the ticket sales, we may not be far short of 28k, I really hope we do.

Anything over 25k with a 3pm start the place will hopefully be rocking. Good result tomorrow may sell those extra few seats left :bluescarf:

About half the upper Ninian isn’t open currently and Swans have a reduced capacity. I’d guess that a sell out for this game would be ~29k if the club don’t open the rest of the top tier.

Yes your right, I'd forgotten about the extension at the rear of the Ninian so I think 29k is on the mark. I hope that the Grandstand/corporate levels are also full plus family stand ST's all turning up on the day.

Arge said there maybe 2k tickets to sell so hopefully will shift them them over the next two weeks. If that's not looking likely, I'd like to see them given FOC to grrass roots clubs and schools. I hope that the Grandstand, corporate levels and family stand ST's all turn up. There's a good feeling about the place again and it's vital we get behind the team for this one, I think that SM and the squad will be really up for this. :ayatollah:

I'm all for this idea mate but in this instance I reckon the club will hold on for walk up sales

Sorry Sven! I didn’t know that someone not posting everyday isn’t worthy of an opinion . We won’t get over 25k and that’s a fact. Anyone who thinks otherwise lives in fairyland
