double charge

bought 3 tickets for swansea game on the cardiff city online ticket office and have been charged twice for the pleasure..does anyone know the contact number so i can sort it out..thanks in advance

Same thing happened to one of my sons yesterday, bought two tickets for the Preston game and took the money twice !!

It does happen not along ago several buisnesses tookout double charges on cards its the card company caused the problem not the business.

Have both charges actually been finalised or is one still showing as 'pending'?
If one is pending it may well drop off the account in a few days.
Many companies do it now, especially when buying fuel at the pump, they'll reserve the money on the card first (£99 for fuel),which drops off in a few days and the real amount stays on the account.

Usually it takes 4 days to drop off if it's in pending had same thing before... if not in pending need to ring club up if gone out account.
