Juniors tickets

Guys I’m trying to buy an extra junior ticket online but it keeps refusing even though I’m putting my season ticket I’d in any ideas

Are you using a Junior ST/Fan number? Don’t think you can buy jr tickets with an adult account assigned to it.

Same as above. I think all tickets sold online need a fan number these days?
