I'm genuinely surprised at this and I expected a Sunday lunchtime KO, which actually suits me better; but I'll still be there!
It may yet happen, as I believe Wales media have options on all-Welsh games?

Me too Sven. 3pm be a cracker for the derby. But we all know SWP will move it on police advice.
Fri Mar 04, 2022 6:22 pm
I sure it will get moved
Fri Mar 04, 2022 6:24 pm
Agree Wez. Should be moved soon especially with tickets now on sale for non season ticket holders for the Saturday
Fri Mar 04, 2022 6:46 pm
It'll be early KO. But may stay on Saturday. Fingers crossed.

It's still far enough away for the police to move it .

Can they move it now that tickets are on sale?

That is definitely the case for FA cup but I don't think so for league
Not being on TV will have a positive effect on attendance. Almost unbelievable to think it wouldn't be a sell out but I fear that that be very doubtful if it were on TV?

It they move it to sunday and you've already purchased a ticket can you have a full refund i cannot do sunday and have booked and paid for accomadation for the saturday

That's likely the case. I wasn't 100% sure, thanks

Mike, it's seeming increasingly unlikely it will be rescheduled to the Sunday, which is why tickets have been released
But the timing of the KO to 12:30 or (less likely) 17:30 KO could still be requested by the authorities but that should be clarified for operational reasons very soon, if it was to happen

South Wales police will move it to Sunday 11am kick off.

Why are people convinced that this will be an early Ko?
2010, Chopra's winner was for an 5.30pm Saturday evening game.
2014, Solkjaers red birds lost 3-0 in Swansea for an Saturday evening Ko.
This is not a volatile fixture these days.

Who is 'convinced'?
I already said a Sunday KO is now unlikely; but a change of Saturday time is still possible

Shocked it hasn't been chosen for live coverage, must be the first time in a while.
If Sky haven't picked it then nobody else can, as Sky hold the exclusive rights for live EFL coverage.
Won't be surprised if the police want to move it to a later or earlier kick off time, but they may decide they don't need to with a number of safety and security protocols already in place for these games.
I'll be at the game regardless so hoping that it stays at 3pm so I don't have do get up too early or get back too late
Sat Mar 05, 2022 8:58 pm
Lets be honest a 5.30 kick off everbody would be leathered by then
so if any change 12.30
Sat Mar 05, 2022 9:39 pm
Surely if tickets are being sold the club must have had the nod from our good friends at SWP.
3pm it must be- and a good thing too.

Surprised by SKY's choice not to show this game with history maybe being made ( Hope Not )
Getting to the back end of the season they want to show games which may effect the top and bottom of the table .
