Are you seriously some of you not reading the accounts correctly and report?

The report suggests the debt to Tan is now around £53 million, but the overall debt stands at £109 million. So who do the club owe the balance of £56 million to?

What would happen to the debts if Tan snuffs it, I wonder? There's always been this notion that the debts are of no great concern as they are owed either to the club's 70 year-old owner or his companies. But what happens if and when he shuffles off this mortal coil?

And mods do not delete this.

Here this is Keith Morgan’s report on it.

For some reason Keith Morgan has stated he was barred by the Directors?

From Keith Morgan:

In past years I have been able to see the accounts before they were filed (on the strict condition which I always stuck to) of not releasing my commentary until the accounts were available for others to view on the public file at Companies House. This enabled me to have useful conversations with the clubs internal financial experts to discuss anomalies and avoid any factual errors or misunderstandings on my part. The report would then go out to Trust members, other fans and the media on the day of publication.

This year ,for reasons which they haven`t explained, the directors barred me from doing the same exercise so I have only seen the accounts at the same time as everyone else and could only be if start preparing my commentary this afternoon. It is done and has been sent round to my fellow Trust board members first for distribution to Trust members , hopefully this evening in its entirety. So please bear with me.

Keith

There you go again...

Answer me honestly, why would the 'Mods' delete it? :?

My only questuon is to why you felt it was necessary to start a new thread when one dealing with the very same topic was in full flow? :?:

Call me a cynic, but it smacks of both self-indulgence and avoidance of the answering the perfectly reasonable and valid post I put up in said other tread

Daft, we are not fella; and a piece of sound advice is not to 'chalkenge' us as to what we may or may not do in relation to this Forum. We will do what we feel is right and prooer at that time and with the best interests of this Forum in mind (whethe you agree or not) ;)

We all read it properly but a lot people dont have the negative outlook at everything about city that you have... yes it may be big but its managed in a way we all manage debts they get payed thats all us fans want .... be more worried if I was in derby shoes and other clubs.....as for tan dying you had better ask his lawyer what is in his will.... but wouldn't worry about it as us fans have no control over such things.... as for staying on this board that's upto you but if you make threads like this expect to be challenged on its content .... but suspect you like the attention so your not bothered.

Quote (again) "What you all did to Barclay..." :?

Who are "all" and who did what to Barclay1 and what was each persons part? :?:

Look at his last (departure) thread and read fully what he actually said...

It may enlighten you and stop you making up b@!!@#$ to suit your poor agenda

Jonny and I communicate positively and I have supported him away from the bustle of the Main Forum, as has Annis

Perhaps you could get one of your alias' to back up; because anyone with any sense can see straight through you now...

Careful Wez1927, that doesn’t fit the narrative of this forum !!

Apparently things are getting worse !!

Reduced debt in the face of a pandemic, much improved on the field with a plan for the future and a modern day manager.

It ain’t all great, but it’s certainly not all bad !!
