travelled by coach an train
in 2008 we got stopped at liverpool st an sectioned 60 blah blah an told to go home , i got a match ticket i said to no avail! anyway kept ticket an used yesterday an got in ,,, the ticket was exactly same only with 2008/2009 on an december 13th lol !! and was kid ticket tut tut tut
slummed london last night due to no where being open , it was cold waiting for victoria to open at 4 am but we got through !

mate the ely trendies were from lower ely, riverside terrace up to farmfoods! thats where we were from , we had a massive firm an other lads from ely would come an knock around with us , all around 1982 as the casual scene was taking off , we use to travel all over following city an had our fun, "read diary of soul crew 1 an 2" !
we had few avenue boys come with us an are original ely trendies, (mllbank)

ely trendy,probably know you.A few of us Barry boys used to knock around with the ely boys back in the 80`s.Mannings,Jammo,Colin,Diao,Cissy,Toddy,Rayer to name a few.Hanging around Olympus sports on a saturday pre match,Rose & crown or the vineyard for a bevvy.Great days!.
