Sign him up vinny. Trusts and brings through youth players and can develop them. Proven winner at various levels and in championship. Exciting style of football the fans would get behind him and get the stadium packed again.

Way out of our league .

Firstly, I don't think we would be high profile enough for him.
Secondly, I believe our current manager is trying to develop our younger talent (more so than other managers in recent years), which is easier said than done without good quality experienced players around them.
Thirdly, a club like Leeds would have a stronger financial backing than Mr Tan and company seem willing to give for our cause.
Finally, despite getting Leeds promotion, I believe they are over-rated at Premiership level. Have you seen their defensive record? Every likelihood they could be relegated. Not much point scoring 2 goals if you let in 4 or 5.
So, Mr Bielsa for Cardiff?.....I shouldn't think so!

Are you actually aware of what is happening at our club currently?
The mind boggles at some rather costly suggestions made on here recently!
Plus the fact Bielsa is going home; and always intended to at the end of this season

Only one thing will get the stadium packed again and that's winning regularly. The extra people who go to our games when there's a high crowd aren't that bothered about style of play, as long as they see the home team win. Or if we were in the Premier League.
That's proven by the fact we had high crowd numbers when around the top of this league when Malky and Warnock were in charge. We were hardly playing free flowing football during those times.
As mentioned above, Bielsa always intended on leaving the UK at the end of this season anyway. He has no intention of managing another club over here.
Besides all that, we currently have a manager who is changing our style and doing a very good job with virtually no money to spend. The change in style was never going to be a quick fix and he is changing if at the right pace.
As for young players, we have some of them coming through and they are not being rushed into first team football which is the right thing to do.
I think, and would hope, that the vast majority of supporters believe we have the right manager now. There are no better viable options out there, especially considering our financial restrictions.
Steve Morison has almost certainly passed the first test of keeping us up, probably with plenty to spare.
I hope he gets a contract extension when the time is right.

I'm sure I read somewhere that he's got a luxury holiday home in Splott.
And I have it on good authority that he was spotted at Howells this afternoon checking it out for the great grandkids.

He said he would learn it quicker than English and it would be his dream gig as he's always wanted to be an ayatollah.

We need to stick by Steve Morison because if anyone knows our youth players it is him. He was flying high as our youth coach and come into the 1st team and is doing better than what we were doing before he came in. So I think we should stick with Steve Morison for a few more seasons for him to get better and bringing more youth players in the 1st team. I can only see better times ahead if we keep Steve Morison as our manager alongside Hudson and the rest of the backroom staff.
