What is your opinion on what is going on and what would you have 'Western' politicians do about the situation?

It's not easy against a despot like Putin without escalating to levels we may never have seen before; but equally, he cannot be 'seen' to get away with it

Trump sucked up to Putin because he admired the fact he was a dictator & able to do what he wanted which is exactly what Trump wanted to do. It's not Putins' decision who any country does business with but you keep banging that drum just like Hitler's sympathizers did in the 40s.
