Mark Harris said he was learning a lot - more competitive, clarity?

That’s what you want.

Alignment brings clarity. Misalignment brings chaos. We’ve had enough chaos.

We all want to be going in the same direction.

There’s no surprise there has been an upturn in form from the attacking players with more of them in the building.

Same with Joel and Alfie Doughty.

The midfield players, Will Vaulks comes in and puts in an excellent performance because he’s worried Joe Ralls might come back in.

We haven’t had that and this is what a squad should look like.

It’s a winning squad at the moment.

I thought will vaulks had a good game in the week. He gets a lot of stick but to be fair he’s mobile and tenacious.

Bacuna never looks interested and pack is just too immobile for what we need.

I’d be more than happy if he keeps up that effort. He can bang a goal or 2 in as well.

I absolutely agree with you. It can't all be pretty but it also shouldn't be all graft. I think he is a good squad player and would offer him another contract. I reckon he could be a centre half as well if we ever really needed
