Atmosphere better, a feel-good factor now?
It’s something I felt was missing. Covid didn’t help - it was a natural disconnect.
I’ve been trying to work on that along with the staff, how do we bring it all closer together?
There is more media content than previously. They’ve got full access to us now and everyone seems closer together.
I fully believe that a happier environment is an easier place to work.
It’s been interesting the last three home games because we’ve given up possession but we’ve been great on the counter.
Winning helps with everything as well!
