OUR BEST STRIKING PARTNERSHIP - WHO SHOULD START EVERY GAME

Thu Feb 17, 2022 8:29 pm

BY FAR Our best strikers who SHOULD start is Isaac Davies and Jordan Hugil. These 2 must start every game now with Mark Harris coming off the bench and sometimes you can start Harris. But the main thing is that Hugil starts with Davies. Sadly I think Watters will need to impress big time in training if he will get anymore gametime. I still hold on hope for Colwill to return to the starting line-up once he recovers from his injury because he has bags of potential and we only seen glimpses this season when he scores.

8 games in four weeks

Morison expects the press to start at the front, i guess they are knocking in 10KM during a game with sprint intensity.

They are fit young men but they are playing against fit young men. The coventry boss said they just ran out of energy, whilst our four changes with what could be described as backs ups had more and we won the game in the last quarter.

Morison is winning me around. I am starting to trust his judgement.

Great post I agree

It's amazing that we've gone from team struggling with opportunities and no options upfront, to a team with a fair few chances and loads of different striking options.

We can also ask them players to work flat out and knacker themselves knowing we have good players ready to come on and take advantage of the tired defenders, we are getting a nightmare to play against.

Morrisons transfer window has totally transformed the team, the wide players, midfield and striking options are far more positive  :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:
