Frustrated Robins bemoans lack of energy
Coventry City boss Mark Robins says his side were their own worst enemy during Tuesday night's defeat at Cardiff City Stadium, adding that he was particularly disappointed the Sky Blues' failure to match Cardiff's energy levels.
Speaking after the game, Robins said: "I think we nullified ourselves because we didn't have the energy. This game was about energy, make no mistake about it.
"It's not about how good they were and how bad we were and whatever. It's not about that, it's about energy.
"The energy levels weren't there so we couldn't get to the level we usually play at.
"So that is the disappointment, it's a frustration."

So it seems that Morisons decision to rest and rotate was correct as opposition manager quotes about energy levels . Seems he does know more than some on here then

Just highlights the importance of squad rotation. Morison was right, we looked knackered against Millwall and a few players needed a rest.
A high press is a big part of our game and It only works effectively if every single player can press with the same intensity. Some people seem to think we can play the same 11 players every couple of days and just expect them to churn out the same energy levels. Never going to happen.
Results have massively improved since the January window and we have pulled away from relegation zone and hopefully continue to climb the table. Morison clearly knows what he is doing.

But he didn't pick the team apparently.
