Coventry City boss Mark Robins said:

"I think the first one cost him [Callum O'Hare] a penalty, the first one looks like a dive as he's trying to get out of the way, the second one he has clipped him, so it could have been a penalty.

"We were below par in energy levels. This has been postponed because of Covid and us at full-tilt would have been a different story.

"There wasn't a great deal in the game but in the second half we knew we were below par with our energy.

"We didn't do enough, but we didn't have it in our legs to do it. No qualms with the result, it's where we are at the moment."

The first was a dive The 2nd was a pen Be interesting to see what VAR would have done There was a possibility the ball went out of play before the contact thou Sky really did not zoom in on it

Cardiff City boss Steve Morison told BBC Sport Wales:

"It was a very good job well done from everyone, the staff, the players, every single one of them.

"We've shown tonight we have a good group of players and if we carry out our jobs, we will win games.

"First 20 minutes they were the better side, but they are a good team, they've been better and more consistent than us recently.

"We won 2-0, we got a clean sheet and ultimately that's what matters, but I hope our fans can see what is going on."

Interestingly, while the player was fouled for the second one, he again, a split second before the coming together tapped his own ankle to try and win a pen.

An outright cheat when playing football of the highest order.

This is an interesting one.If the player had been deemed to gain an advantage from the simulation should the game have been stopped ,the player booked and the game restarted by means of a dropped ball.Any refs on here ?

Yup..... Mr Busby created his own issue as he should have clearly seen the player flung himself to the ground in the 1st Intance.

Should have stopped the game and booked the player, given an indirect free kick to us.
