Is what you say strictly correct as your link mentions that the owner of a venue has the right to continue to ask attendees to show a covid pass if the venue owner choses to?
Have Cardiff City made an official statement on this?

No where actually properly checks anyway, you could show them a McDonalds QR how would they know the difference?
