“ 13,500 Cardiff fans “

Mon Feb 14, 2022 7:35 pm

Cardiff have approx 13,500 season tick holders including 11,000 that were brought over from before Covid who had not used them or only used some of them on the tv payments.

Be interesting how many renew for 2022-23?

I have two and will be renewing for the 51 season consecutively.

I reckon we will get about 11-12,000 renewals , but will increase if some very good new signings come in.

You Support your club, NO matter who owns it what ever league they are in.

Due to illness I'm 1 of the 1s who hasn't been to a homegame this season and I'm a season ticket holder and have been for the last 35 years, also 16/17 years of paying on the gate before that,

My job is changing, which means I’ll miss quite a few Saturday fixtures, but I’m still renewing:)

Want to renew, may well renew, but:

Due to the red zone, i have not been in my seat all season, which while not a deal breaker is still a bit crap.
Work has meant me being only able to attend 5 home games, 1 away
The red button and sky do show a LOT of our games...

I could be 800 quid better off if i dont. Which may just about cover 2 months gas bills!

Get well soon, fella

I watched on TV, as I was away but was also surprised by the announced attendance (18k) as the stands looked empty in places

Then I realised that even if 18k were there, it's only just over half the capacity

A no-brainer for me to renew and like Annis, I am well over the 50 year mark since my first game :thumbright:

I'll be renewing - the club messed up our Covid credits, and the PA system is rubbish in the Ninian, but that's about all I can complain about so will be an absolute pleasure to buy my season ticket as and when they are made available.

I've missed quite a few games recently due to Covid, gutted I missed us actually winning and scoring some great goals (what a fab change that is!) determined to make the Blackpool game.

Having a season ticket is a personal choice depending on your situation at the time

For those lucky enough to be able to afford a season ticket every year then thats briliant

I have had season tickets on and off since 93 and its definitly not by what division we are in or how we are playing, I didnt have one in our last Premier League Season but have one this season for example but I wont be renewing as I have only been able to go to two games and its not money I can afford to 'write off' as now the pandemic is coming to an end im going to be £700 a year worse off by having to go back to the office to work so the money I saved on WFH that allowed me to buy one is now my work commute money again so Im back to picking my games.

Only had a season ticket for 10 years, i'll be honest I didn't even know they existed in the pre bob bank seating era except for the grandstand.

I chucked it in when we were relegated to the dungeon and only watched us for midweek games or when the parks were off. It alway pissed me off how bad the club were at attracting those couple of thousand young men who love football enough to pay to play in shit conditions.

Like a typical City fan, i jumped on the Eddie Eddie Eddie May bandwagon ;)

I'll be there next season with my daughter
