‘ Superman impression ‘
Morison was left incensed that his team were denied what he felt was a "stonewall penalty" in south London.
Jake Cooper appeared to block Tommy Doyle's shot with his hands, with the incident being discussed on Quest's EFL show on Saturday evening.
STEVE MORISON:
"(Millwall) maybe got a bit lucky there with the Superman impression!" host Colin Murray said of Cooper's intervention.
Guest pundit Ian Holloway offered mitigation over the decision, believing the man in the middle was left unsighted.
Holloway said: "With that one there, I don't think the referee could see it, but I think they've got a right good chance (of gatecrashing the play-offs)."
It certain left Morison fuming.
"It's a stonewall penalty," he said when questioned on the incident after the game. "End of conversation.
"But the referee won't come up here and talk about it.
"Apparently his hand's in a natural position. If diving and stopping the ball with your hands is natural then it's a new one.
"That's life. Let's not dwell on it."
Millwall boss Gary Rowett said he felt sure the Bluebirds would feel hard done by over the decision. He said: “I haven’t seen it back but at the time I couldn’t tell. There was one early on, a Cardiff player, where it has hit his arm by his side.
"Coops’ was potentially a little bit further away from his body – but I don’t know. I’m sure they might feel a little bit aggrieved
