City started brightly and were well worth the 0-0 at half time.
Liverpool were not on their game city restricted them to shooting from distance. When i saw the team sheet i thought that we were in for a hammering, but i was completely wrong, we did well, when you consider that we mad 8 changes from the barnsley game due to injurys and cup tied players

Var is ok if you had someone half competant to make a decision, where in the world was that not a penalty on Harris :banghead:
The second half was liverpool upping their game and again Var decided that their goalkeeper should not have red card for the tackle on Harris. It is no wonder we in Wales think there is a conspiracy regarding decisions made by refs, Madley is just as bad as his bigoted brother absolutely incompetant.

The first goal scored and not to blame Mcguiness but maybe would not have been scored if morrison was there, and went up against the goalscorer.
We did much better when the subs came on it just shows what might have been if they started the second half but i cannot blame morison for not starting them as wednesday against petersborough is much more important than the FA cup.

The last two games in the league i thought that NG played great, and not too bad today apart from being silly and not clearing his lines for the second liverpool goal, just a small bit of advice row Z or give away a corner is where the ball should have.gone

Denelm was a relevation in defence and was my man of the match although I have to say that all the city players did the best that they could against one of the premier top teams. I could not ask for anymore of them, and if they can carry this through to Wednesday I will be more than pleased

Considering that we are struggling at the bottom of the championship and Liverpool at the top of the premier, I honestly belive that 3-1 flattered liverpool.
I am really looking forward to Wednesday positively, hoping for a good win :ayatollah:
