“They did us Proud”

Sun Feb 06, 2022 2:09 pm

My View:
:bluebird:

The Bluebirds did us proud against a strong Liverpool team and Isaak Davies / Rubin Colwill were both superb when they came on .

Liverpool 3 Cardiff City 1

Just walking out of Anfield

A few kids, 3 debuts, regulars rested/injured, we gave a great account bar a couple of defensive mishaps. Definitely scored the game's best goal.

And don’t forget some of the new loss as loanees.

Very impressed with Denham today but all acquitted themselves well

Totally agree very proud
Especially colwill
I have started a thread on him
he should not be in the reserves any longer the guy has vision skill and can finish
we have to work him into the team and at least he must be on the bench ahead of vaulks and pack
he makes the diffence again today

Agree which begs the question why has he been left out of the squad recently? Has he fallen out with Morison? It seems that poorer players are been selected ahead of him even ones who won’t be here next season.

Could be an attitude thing? Unless we in the room with them then won't 100% know. Doyle etc colwill Davies all young and "should have good engines" so hopefully as season goes on next few weeks sat tues/wed sat we gonna need most of these. So hopefully performance will show and build any bridges where gaps may off appeared

Yes they definitely didn’t let us down today :bluescarf: Liverpool didn’t have their shooting boots on today and we could have had a penalty and maybe a sending off.Two goals came from mistakes but that’s life.

What was the atmosphere like cos it sounded all Cardiff.
