As we will have no money come the summer we inevitably will be looking at loans and free transfers.

Does anyone think its worth a punt on Ben Woodburn of Liverpool currently on loan to hearts?

His contract is up in the summer and he has pace.

He was a promising talent but has fallen out of favour

backwards since whether its a confidence thing or he just is' nt good enough at a higher level
I was wondering more why are we not as a football club signing anyone are we going to have a sqaud of 15 plus loans as most contracts are up also

He has not progressed as well as expected... At all.

I think he would do well for us in a position we are desperate for someone.

As you say... We have no money so I think these are the kinds of players we have a realistic chance of getting.

Gone off the radar for many clubs so we would have a decent chance of getting him. I always said we should go for him and if we do then maybe this would help him get back on track for the Welsh international team in time for potentially the world cup or euros. I'm hoping by the time the season ends we would know if we would know more about the transfer situation. We currently have up to 4 or 5 big names out of contract so our team would be weakened for next season, if the situation is the same then we could be fighting relegation next season. Because personally I want Steve Morison as manager for next season onwards so whether we dive back into our academy again would be handy for us. But they might need a season to improve so i dont know. Alot rides on what Tan is up to nowadays and how much he is willing to give our team for next season.
