POLL: LINKED TO 'TOILET TAX'

Apologies for the separation from the original thread on the subject, but to alter in this way would/could cause issues on other platforms...

Put simply, is there scope to force a principled retraction on this 'Toilet Tax'?

For me this is a penalty on law abiding Cardiff fans and our club is wrong on this decision, losing respect for those who make the decisions.

I support my team, so even though they are again wrong from the top, they know we will still go

Simple, i do not agree with City's decision, so i will just pay at the away turnstiles, majority are pay on the gate

Don't agree with it but I wouldnt boycott. We are still playing for Championship survival and the team needs as many of us there as possible.

Of course not why penalise the team of support and myself of enjoyment because a few idiots smashed some toilets?

Maybe another poll do you think it's fair that everyone has to pay towards this cost, then that could be forwarded to the club along with various bad publicity reports from Wales Online and other media, then I'm pretty sure the club would have a change of heart!

I'm neither supporting or condoning a 'boycott' but it is a question worth asking, as I see our support (including myself) as being pretty compliant in any meaningful terms, despite our moans and groans at every turn

For the record, I voted 'YES' on the grounds certain club staff need to understand it is not right to penalise the vast majority who didn't cause the problem; it's wrong, it's lazy and it's counter productive

Very disappointed with this poll as it stands.

Sorry but I feel the club are taking our support for granted. I've always supported our team through some difficult times but for me this is one and hopefully the only stand to not support them. The club itself decided to pay for the damage and they were happy to take the praise from us fans for it. That praise would not be forth coming if we knew they were making us pay for it. The club should take this responsibility on.

Having saying that, I would only boycott the games where I have to buy a ticket online, if I can pay on the gate then that’s what I’d do and I’d still go. No issue with that. Steve is a principled guy and lifelong Bluebird, who will have been as annoyed as anyone else...

The club will, I feel sure, pay the bill in the first instance whilst they consider their options of recompense from the perpertrators; but the 'issue' here is who passed the 'bill' on to the whole of the away support group?
