I think we need to "flush" out the culprits and make them pay.
I would like to see them working on the chain gang.

For the record, I voted 'YES' on the grounds certain club staff need to understand it is not right to penalise the vast majority who didn't cause the problem; it's wrong, it's lazy and it's counter productive
