If that's the case I'm glad we have got our 2 games against them done.

I would hate to see him play against us.

And what does this tell you about Giles, Wolves and us as a club??

Doesn’t say a lot about Giles so far because he was never our player in the first place. Wolves were entitled to pull him. That’s their business.
Giles always tried his best for us as shown by his stats.

Signing for Blackburn is a pain for us. But overall I think we have had a better transfer window since his departure.

Maybe losing him was one of the kicks up the rear that our board needed to pull in some quality

Says wolves wanted to wait until deadline day, we didn’t want to wait so signed Doughty, Wolves didn’t want a player not playing so have loaned him out to a club who saw how good he was and snapped him up.

Or, in Barclay’s mind.

That b*stard Tan personally stopped us signing Giles but even if he did Giles wouldn’t want to play for an owner who gets involved too much and not enough at the same time.

Sam would have signed him ages ago and made him eat sheeps balls and he would have loved it as everyone loves Sam like me.

As reported yesterday by Sky - Wolves wanted him back at the time and our Boss could not wait to see the outcome .

So SM - Went out and got other players in - Good luck to Giles and the players we have got in to keep us Up ;)

No big deal really. He looked decent in a below average struggling team. Defensively he wasn’t great.
